Two Coasts, Same Mission

Chris has enjoyed a varied career, having been a producer, editor, post-production consultant and business manager, among other things, with almost two decades of professional experience.

After completing an undergraduate degree from USC in 2006, Chris immediately went to work in script development with the filmmakers behind the "American Pie" and "Final Destination" franchises. In 2008, Chris moved to San Francisco and started his first company, The Personal History Project, which documented the life stories of older people through high quality video and photo editing, inspired by the work of Ken Burns. When there was time to spare, Chris produced several short films in the Bay Area with the team that would later become Maximum Flavor Media.

Chris returned to Los Angeles two years later and went back into screenplay development, completing several features and TV shows for commercial production. In 2014, Chris moved to New York City to pursue an MBA in Media and Communications Management at Fordham University, which he completed in 2016. From 2017 to 2018, he was a Video Producer for 2U, an online education technology company powering masters degree programs for major institutions, such as Yale University, New York University and Emerson College among many others.

In 2019, he went back into the corporate world working with organizations like NASA’s Challenger Center and real estate tech startup Remine Inc to refine and enhance their online presence. Later that same year, he signed on full time to Edelman Financial Engines, producing educational content about personal finance and growing the company’s lead generation efforts through online video.

In 2020, Chris joined MicroStrategy, a data analytics firm based in Tyson’s Corner, to show how data insights can transform organizations. As of 2023, Chris is still with MicroStrategy, focusing on B2B marketing and telling stories about the success customers have had with data analytics all over the world, including Pfizer, Disney, and Sainsbury’s among others.

From short films to major motion pictures, from web series to corporate videos, Chris has built an eclectic body of work and strives to bring a unique perspective and added value to his projects.
